Service Description
Our Initial Care Consultation is the first step in receiving compassionate, non-medical support for you or your loved one. During this one-on-one session, a member of our team will take the time to understand your situation, answer your questions, and guide you through our available home care and transportation services. We’ll discuss daily routines, level of assistance needed, scheduling preferences, and any specific concerns you may have. Whether you’re planning ahead or need support soon, this consultation helps us recommend the best care options tailored to your needs. This is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation designed to provide clarity, comfort, and confidence as you explore care solutions. Please note: Unique Trades Healthcare provides non-medical home care services only and does not offer medical treatment, diagnosis, or skilled nursing services. Not sure if this is the right option? Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Please ensure all contact information and service details are accurate at the time of booking. Some services may require confirmation from our care coordination team before they are finalized. Cancellation Policy We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee. Rescheduling Policy You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. Rescheduling within 24 hours is subject to availability and may incur a fee. Late Arrival Policy If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment. If more than 20 minutes late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and may be treated as a late cancellation. No‑Show Policy If a client does not attend their scheduled appointment and does not notify us, the appointment will be marked as a no‑show and may incur a fee. Waitlist Policy If your preferred time is unavailable, you may join our waitlist. You will be contacted if an appointment becomes available that matches your selected time preferences.
